Accessibility Champions

By developing a group of Accessibility Champions, not only do you raise the knowledge within your organisation, you also have a support mechanism for those who aren’t so knowledgeable. Champion programmes can be tiered, for example Ally, Champion and SME (subject matter expert), Bronze, Silver and Gold, or all receiving the same training.

Inclusive Communication Master Class

Our accredited one day Inclusive Communication Master Class will make all the difference to how inclusive your organisation is and enable you to engage with a far wider audience. Bookable as one full day or two half days – we find many learners prefer the shorter sessions.
We will give you the knowledge to understand the value of accessibility and what makes communication accessible, the realities of putting it in to practice, the tools to support you – even with fire walls, and how to educate and influence colleagues and stakeholders to achieve continuous improvement.

This accredited 1 hour workshop provides an understanding of what inclusive and accessible communication looks like, how easy it can be to include everyone, and the positive impact on an audience when everyone is included.

Invisible Disabilities Workshop

This 1 hour interactive workshop unveils the unseen and opens minds to the surprising number of invisible disabilities, the harm assumption can do and the value of creating a culture of belonging.
The majority of disabilities are invisible, and people will only share personal details about themselves if they feel psychologically safe and that there is value in doing so.

This accredited 60 or 90 minute interactive workshop shares the often-misunderstood realities of neurodiversity and the steps we can all take to create a neuro-inclusive culture.

People Smart Health and Safety Course

The knowledge gained from this one day course, delivered by a NEBOSH certified inclusion specialist, can transform your health and safety procedures from tick-box to people smart. Health and safety is about people and it is essential frameworks, policies and procedures accommodate our differences.
Majority of PEEPs (personal emergency evacuation procedures) are not sufficient and there is far more to people smart health and safety than assisted escape.
With 1 in 4 people being disabled and 1 in 7 being neurodivergent, a significant number of people are often at risk when issued with generic risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
