PaSHN is a values-lead community for people who care about doing business better.
It exists for people who want to connect, learn, share, and grow – without the noise, pressure, or performative networking that so often comes with traditional business groups.
This is a space built on trust, generosity, curiosity and mutual support.
No pitching. No posturing. No judgement.
Just people, showing up as they are, in a safe space to support, educate, learn from and celebrate wins with each other.

What PaSHN is (and isn’t)
PaSHN is:
- A community, not a sales funnel.
- A place for conversation, not competition.
- A hub for ideas exchange, shared learning and honest support.
- Grounded in kindness, inclusion, and lived experience.
PaSHN is not:
- A space for aggressive selling or unsolicited messages.
- A “hustle harder” environment.
- Exclusive, elitist, or performative.
Everyone is here because they care – about people, values, and the impact of their work.
Ways to be part of PaSHN
PaSHN offers two membership options, recognising that people’s circumstances, business stages, and financial realities differ.
Both options are rooted in the same values.
The difference is simply how you engage.
1. PaSHN Membership (Full)
PaSHN Membership is for people and organisations who want deeper involvement in everything PaSHN offers.
PaSHN Membership benefits:
1. PaSHN community chat space to engage in a way that works for you.
2. Fortnightly PaSHN membership calls – notes are shared if you can’t be there.
3. PaSHN learning space – a valuable collection of specialist Community Talks.
4. Free listing in Purple Pages and more members only offers.
5. One-to-one specialist advice when you need it.
PaSHN Membership cost – £25 per month (+VAT).
For charities, community interest companies (CIC) and small businesses with fewer than 10 employees, membership includes:
- Two seats at the PaSHN virtual table for community calls.
- Two people registered in Slack for ongoing engagement.
This allows shared learning, flexibility, and continuity – recognising that not-for-profit organisations and small businesses are often built by people who wear many hats.
2. PaSHN Lite
PaSHN Lite is about belonging and access.
It’s for people who want to stay connected to a supportive business community, without pressure or financial strain. This can be great for start-ups, freelancers, people working across different commercial markets and those experiencing periods of low income.
PaSHN Lite includes:
- One seat at the PaSHN virtual table on community calls.
- Access to the following Slack group channels:
- PaSHN Events – this is where agendas and notes from our community calls are shared.
- Chit Chat – for conversation, connection and support.
This gives you direct access to the community, space to build relationships and continued support at an affordable price.
PaSHN Lite does not include the wider benefits of full membership, but it does provide a meaningful way to find your tribe, stay connected and not feel alone in your work.
No hierarchy. No judgement.
Just community, when and how you need it.

- D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people who want to remove barriers for themselves and others.
Membership Rules
These rules are in place to keep PaSHN a safe and happy space:
- Be kind.
- Respect each other, you may not agree and that’s ok, but disagree respectfully.
- There is no such thing as a silly question.
- Anything shared confidentially within the PaSHN community must remain confidential.
- If someone uses language that you don’t consider acceptable, please educate don’t berate.
- If you experience any accessibility barriers please share.
- If anyone breaks the above rules they may be asked to leave PaSHN.
