
If your company, or you as a sole trader, are committed to removing accessibility barriers and fostering a culture of equity and inclusion, Purple Pages is the market place to sing your praises. Registering on Purple Pages is as easy as counting to five:
- Send us your submission.
- The PaSHN Review Panel, made up of people with professional and lived experience, will review your submission within one month.
- The Review Panel will confirm whether your submission has been successful, or provide feedback on any further steps needed before your registration is confirmed.
- Make any payment due via the invoice shared and then celebrate your listing for the next twelve months. If you need to change your listing details, just let us know.
- Once your business is registered, you will receive a Purple Pages Inclusive Business badge. Share it on your socials, add it to your website, let people know they matter.
Your submission
Share the details of your business in writing (up to 2,500 words), an audio file (up to 5 minutes), or a video (up to 5 minutes).
A Word document template is provided to support written submissions.
All submissions should be sent via email, with the subject Purple Pages Registration, to support@bepeoplesmart.co.uk.
Please be aware we can only accept audio and spoken videos in English. If using sign language, please also share a transcript in English. Tell us:
- Your contact details and preferred communication method.
- A short description of your business – the text for your listing (100 words maximum) – and a thumbnail (square) image of your logo if you wish to include it.
- Number of employees.
- If you or a colleague would like to be a guest speaker on a PaSHN community call, share the contact details.
- Why disability inclusion and accessibility matter to your business.
- What steps you have taken to ensure your website is accessible. Please include your website link details.
- What steps you have taken to ensure your social media posts and other communications are accessible. Please include link details for your social media accounts.
- What steps you take to make accessibility adjustments for employees, customers or learners.
- If you have employees, what steps you take to make your recruitment processes inclusive and accessible.
- If you have physical space, what steps you take to make your buildings and work spaces accessible.
- Anything else you would like the Review Panel to know, including any disability inclusion memberships, schemes or programmes you work with.
- Confirm you agree with the Purple Pages Terms of Agreement and annual fee.
Purple Pages Terms of Agreement
If the Purple Pages Review Panel are alerted to any services, solutions, or behaviours operated by those registered that are not believed to be inclusive or accessible, we will make contact to advise and will provide guidance to rectify any issue.
If it is demonstrated that any registered entity is no longer prioritising inclusion and accessibility in its services, solutions and communication, and does not wish to rectify the issues shared, we reserve the right to remove the listing from Purple Pages and will advise our contact of this proposed action. Please note any fees paid will not be refunded.
All listing fees are payable annually, in advance of listings going live. The fee is non-refundable.

Sole Traders – £125 (+VAT).
Charities – £125 (+VAT).
Community Interest Companies (CIC) – £125 (+VAT)
Commercial Companies:
1-5 employees – £125 (+VAT)
6-10 employees – £175 (+VAT)
11-50 employees – £250 (+VAT)
More than 50 employees – £325 (+VAT)
